Wow, it’s Saturday already. What did I accomplish this week?
- Got a contract for a big new job over the next year.
- Got a contract for at least 10 hours of site updating each month – that’s good ongoing income!
- Got included on a team to redesign a prominent local business’ website.
- Got a bunch of new database work on a site I built in 2007.
- Finished my homework for the database class I’m taking.
- Found a bunch of resources to share on Twitter when I talk about it to my business leads group in January.
- Got another quote to write.
- Was shortlisted on a large site in Minnesota.
- Integrated WordPress into one site, two more to go.
- Had lunch with my SEO partner.
- Arranged breakfast next week with a networking colleague I don’t know very well, but want to.
- Fixed a major CSS issue on the interior designer’s site I’ve almost completed.
- Finished the last set of revisions on the wood flooring site.
- Working on a test mailing on Campaign Monitor, with the hope of adding newsletter design and campaign tools to my web design services.
- Added all the new green hosting info to my two main websites.
- Sent in an announcement about green hosting to the Northern Colorado Business Report.
- Mailed my holiday cards to clients.
- Hired a subcontractor to do some little things that take more time than I have available (she’s working this weekend, and I’m not!).
- Finished all three Simpleviewer slideshows on my interior designer’s site.
I felt like I didn’t get much done, but I suppose that’s rather a lot.
